Neil Halstead

Neil Halstead was said to be one of Britain’s best kept secrets by NME last year. His second solo effort Oh Might Enginewas released by Brushfire Records on July 29, 2008. I picked it up straight away and fell immediately in love with his music. It’s hard not to like take my word for it. He has said of his solo work that it’s “really good doing something on my own” having been in Slowdive then Mojave 3 since he was 17 years old. He is currently on tour in the UK.
