Wolfmother – New Songs Debuted
Wolfmother flew up from their Sydney Australia post this month to record songs from their upcoming album, “Cosmic Egg” while taking time for the fans to play an hour long set at the Friday concert series of the LA Natural History Museum. The set included some new songs from the band’s new lineup since it disbained last October. Surrounded by stuffed bobcats, moose and even wolves, the recently rebuilt Wolfmother played a hard-rocking set list with three new songs off thier upcoming, Cosmic Egg, album to a sold out show audience.
“It’s good to be here in Los Angeles, our home away from home,” Stockdale told the crowd at their only scheduled U.S. show to date, adding, “It’s been too long.” Fists in the air. The played an hour-long set, including the explosive album title track, which incited the crowd into a frenzy. “California Queen,” was also debuted which Stockdale dedicated to the Golden State.
