The Mars Volta – Octahedron
The Mars Volta will release theri fifth album on June 23rd called Octahedron. The band is claiming it as an acoustic album. TIn April the lead single, Cotopaxi, debuted as the “hottest record in the world” for that day on the Zane Lowe BBC Radio One show. This month those fans on their newsletter received details of the album and provided a link streaming four songs – Since We’ve Been Wrong; Cotopaxi; With Twilight as My Guide; Desperate Graves.
The first single to debut here in North America was “Since We’ve Been Wrong”
Octahedron was written by The Mars Volta Omar Rodriguez Lopez (music, arrangements, direction) and Cedric Bixler Zavala (vocals, lyrics)

that album will be so damn good.
For the tracks that i’ve listening, this album seems like a Ritual Songs. Very similari to “De-Loused In The Comatorium”…
this rocks. *faith in music once again restored*
