We’ve been a strong supporter from the beginning of Australia’s Vance Joy and its no surprise he is claiming his fame this year from his breakout single Riptide which has become an international hit as well as unexpectedly scooping the Triple J Hottest 100 crown from Royals. Also his song “Playing With Fire” here performed at St Jerome’s Laneway Festival is just as irresistible and gets as much fanfare and equal participation in his live shows as they sing and dance along. Amazing what one man and his uekele can accomplish!
